Each member of the FBI St. Louis Citizens Academy Alumni Association is a graduate of an eight-week FBI Citizens Academy course in which the curriculum focuses on federal law enforcement issues and challenges.

The Executive Committee consists of the corporate officers appointed by the Board of Directors. Its primary function is to lead the organization and oversee its day-to-day operations. The Executive Committee is comprised of the following persons:

The General Counsel is appointed by the President with approval of the Board as a non-voting member of the Executive Committee.
The Board of Directors appoints members to Special Committees, which are assigned to several group-specific projects. Committees usually cover items such as fundraising, membership, community outreach, and communications.
