Don Anderson selected for the 2012 FBI Director’s Community Leadership Award

September 19, 2012: FBI Office of Public Affairs has selected Don Anderson for the 2012 Director’s Community Leadership Award (DCLA).  The announcement was made during the FBI National Citizens Academy Alumni Association (FBINCAAA) conference in Denver.

The DCLA has been a principle means for the FBI to publicly recognize the achievements of individuals and organizations which make extraordinary contributions to crime and violence prevention and education in their communities. Each of the 56 FBI field offices throughout the country selects one recipient each year. HQ selects a national recipient. HQ appreciates all the work, leadership, and commitment Don provided as the president of the FBINCAAA.

Director Mueller will personally present the award to Don Anderson and the field office honorees at a national ceremony in April 2013. Congratulations Don!
